The accommodation is in the resort style, there are a lot of trees.
That line can go in and out in many ways. Who is bored of the traffic jam in the morning? Or going home drunk might help a lot.
near the subway Some people are bored with driving and can change the atmosphere.
Plenty of neighborhood restaurants just a short drive away.
There are a lot of hotels in that area for those who come to stay nearby.
