About this unit

XT Phayathai

Room
- 42 sq.m. room on the 15th floor of XT Phyathai.
- The room layout includes a kitchen/bathroom area,
followed by a living room (which could also be used as a bedroom), and finally the bedroom.
- The room faces east, perfect for enjoying the morning light.
Waking up to see the sunrise is amazing; there are no buildings obstructing the view.
But if you're a late riser, don't worry.
The curtains are very dark; you might even need a flashlight in the room.

- Fully furnished and ready to move in. Includes a 55” TV, refrigerator,
work desk, and plenty of storage (I'm a collector!).
A sofa bed (but it's a bunk bed that you can pull in and out).
Spacious enough for one person, or comfortable for a couple.

Facilities
- The project provides many great facilities. I especially love the fitness center and swimming pools, which are available in both buildings.
- My latest favorite is the steam room and heated pool – so relaxing!
- There are work/meeting rooms throughout the building, accessible from any room.
- There's also a movie room (reservations required), which I haven't actually used yet. But I've been there and it's great!
- Plus there's a Lawson convenience store in front of the building, so you can eat well there.
- Parking is available for one car (more than that costs extra).

Location
- Near BTS and Airport Link Phaya Thai and Ratchaprarop, within walking distance.
- There's actually a shuttle van to the BTS as well.
- You can walk through the back to Soi Rangnam, making it super convenient to find food, and you can also go to Santiภาพ Park.
- Opposite Phaya Thai 1 Hospital. If you have a doctor's appointment, you can wake up 10 minutes early and still make it.
